Jamie Rutledge is a seasoned global tech executive and investor with over 30 years of experience leading innovation at companies such as Bluetooth, Lenovo, and Dyson. At Lenovo, he led Strategic Venture Capital and Open Innovation in Silicon Valley, and at Dyson, he was responsible for Technology Scouting and Strategic Investments.
Jamie has worked across Asia, the U.S., and Europe, with a deep focus on emerging technologies and startup ecosystems. He brings a unique global perspective and has contributed to various industry events and thought leadership platforms throughout his career.
Dan Marquardt brings deep expertise in private markets — with a proven track record in commercial real estate and a strong reputation for building lasting relationships. With a background in mechanical engineering, real estate, and entrepreneurship, his early career includes roles at Pratt & Whitney and IBM.
Dan entered the deep tech venture capital space by actively participating in a number of Blue Lake Syndication deals, where he’s since sharpened his perspective on early-stage technology investing.
Ethan Werner is an ambitious, up and coming, emerging venture capitalist fueled by the desire to leave his mark on society. He launched his first business at 16 and his first startup while still in college, later gaining experience at venture capital firms and startup advisory groups across emerging markets.
Ethan has spent the past six years immersed in the startup and venture capital ecosystem, combining entrepreneurial experience with a global perspective on emerging markets. Over the past three years, he’s managed his family’s private foundation, The Werner Family Foundation, where he positioned himself at the nexus of academic research, government resources, and private investors to accelerate the commercialization of breakthrough technologies.
